1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Pre-Order Terms & Payment

CapZero is currently available for Pre-Order.

  • The Process: A pre-order allows you to reserve CapZero before it is available for general sale. Your payment secures your place in line for shipment when production is complete.

  • Payment: Your card will be charged at the time of the pre-order.

  • Refund Guarantee: We offer a "No-Stress" reservation. Full refunds are available at any time prior to shipment—no questions asked.

3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Timeline: TBD

  • Estimates: Please note that any estimated dates may change due to unforeseen production or supply chain delays.

  • Notifications: If we cannot fulfill your order by the future estimated date, we will notify you promptly with a revised date. You will then have the option to accept the new date or cancel for a full refund.

4. Product Use & Disclaimer

  • CapZero is designed to filter microplastics and specific chemical contaminants from standard bottled water.

  • It is the user's responsibility to ensure the attachment is securely fastened.

  • CapZero is intended for use with potable (drinkable) water sources only. It is not intended to make non-potable water safe to drink.

5. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and ocean-themed imagery. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% error-free. If a product offered by CapZero is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall CapZero, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of the product, beyond the purchase price of the item.

7. Legal Compliance

CapZero complies with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule and all applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. We take your rights seriously and aim to fulfill all orders with integrity and transparency.
